Your customized event awaits!
Price? What can we and what cannot we do? How long can we be on site? All good questions but hard for us to answer in general terms because we want to allow for so much customization of your event. Therefore, the best thing to do is get in touch with us so we can give you a quote. For your reference, here are a few example scenarios to allow a ballpark guesstimate on the cost and services to you. Of course these are just examples and we will do our best to customize your experience to fit your event and timing.
Scenario 1: Full Event – Wedding
You are planning a wedding ceremony for Saturday afternoon with a cocktail hour, reception and dancing to follow and plan to invite about 200 people. Arrival time to start setup is at 2pm on Friday with 5 hours of set up (ending at 7 pm) and a short rehearsal. You work with the Foley Facilitator for a custom setup of the Dining Hall. You are hosting an outside rehearsal dinner/welcome party for friends and family from 7-10pm on Friday as well. You have arranged to rent 4 of our summer camp cabins (bunk beds included!) for those that want to stay on site for Friday and Saturday Night. You also included muffins, donuts, fruit, coffee, and tea for 30 people each morning.
On Saturday, you start with hair and make up at 8 am in our 5 Bedroom Suite that includes two bathrooms, fridge for champagne and space to spread out while getting ready. You think it would be easier to just have you and your new spouse spend the night on sight so you have that 5 bedroom suite for Saturday night as well. You also would like a spot for your partner to get ready, so we include another Private Room with a Restroom for the day.
Your ceremony will be held outside, using the chapel as a backdrop. Dinner and dancing to happen in the Dining Hall with caterers having full access to the kitchen, refrigerator and freezer. There is a fire pit and wood available, bistro lights hanging in the dining hall and outdoors, yard games and canoe available for you to fill with ice for all the take-it-yourself drinks.
Your reception wraps up around 11:30 and you will have to have all your decorations and things out of the Dining Hall and Kitchen by midnight. You are free to leave anything you would like on our big covered deck for pick up in the morning. Your guests that spend the night in the cabin, as well as you and your new spouse staying in our 5 bedroom suite, have access to the outdoor portions of our facility, including fire pit until you are ready for bed.
In the morning, you once again have a small breakfast available and checkout from cabins is at 11 am.
Of course, through all this, you have a Foley Facilitator helping with behind the scenes things such as checking restrooms, directing traffic, meeting vendors and more. We are there to give you support, help problem solve and in case of an emergency.
Congrats, you did it!
This scenario includes: Grounds access from 1pm Friday until 11 am Sunday for 130 people or more, 4 cabins for 2 nights, Light Breakfast for 2 Days for 30 people, Dining Hall including Custom Setup, Kitchen for Friday evening & Saturday from 8am-Midnight, 5 bedroom Suite for 1 night, Private Day Room, Outdoor Rehearsal Dinner, Fire Pit, Canoe for Beverages, 4 Yard Games, Indoor and Outdoor Bistro Lights, 26 Indoor Tables and 200 chairs, 4 Banquet tables, 2 Outdoor Picnic Tables, 3 Outdoor Wooden Tables, and 48 hour Foley Facilitator. Approximate cost for 2025: $7500
Scenario 2: Day Only Event – Gala or Birthday Party
You are the head of a small non-profit that would like to host a volunteer appreciation dinner. You have access to our facility starting at 9 am on Saturday to decorate, set up and get ready to greet guests. Since you are expecting less than 130 people, you opt for a Standard Setup and let the Foley Team figure out how to make your tables and everything look great in our space. There are bistro lights up in the dining hall as well as outside and the fire pit is available.
Yard games are set up outside and a canoe that you fill with ice and beverages while people mingle.
For dinner, you are using food trucks that set up outside, so opt to just use our kitchen for putting a few snacks on trays, chilling beverages and keeping ice cold. Guests get their food and then meander into the dining hall to eat and listen to speeches.
After an amazing event you wrap up around 9:30 pm and are off the grounds at 10:00 pm.
Of course, through all this, you have a Foley Facilitator helping with behind the scenes things such as checking restrooms, directing traffic, meeting vendors and more. We are there to give you support, help problem solve and in case of emergency.
